Hugh Cree is a Senior Business Development Executive with a broad background of experience in Asia, Europe and North America. He has successfully led the customer deployment of advanced semiconductor solutions for fabless semiconductor startups and multinationals like Motorola and Philips to Consumer Electronics OEMs and ODMs in China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan and Europe, including forming distribution partnerships, development of local teams, 3rd party alliances and forging strong relationships with regional regulatory agencies.
Endorsements include acknowledgement by Japanese MITI (Ministry of International Trade and Industry) for the best international cooperation between a Japanese and foreign company. His background includes large scale computer systems hardware design, CMOS ASIC designs and the establishment and management of ASIC and CAD design centers.

Louis Rajczi brings 25 years of telecommunications experience in executive management, finance, international business / corporate development, product management and software development. Prior to co-founding Interlink Partners, Louis was VP Business Development & Marketing for BRN Phoenix – a WiMax infrastructure startup.
In 1999 Mr. Rajczi joined Mustang Ventures (later SVC), the corporate venture arm of Siemens, and spent the next 10 years building up the Silicon Valley office. At SVC, Louis’ primary focus was sourcing and managing investments related to mobile and fixed wireless network infrastructure, mobile devices, fixed mobile convergence and mobile enterprise. Before joining SVC, Mr. Rajczi worked in the office of the CTO for Siemens’ mobile division in Munich, Germany. Prior to Siemens, Louis held a variety of executive and development positions for Nortel Networks in the USA and Canada.
Mr. Rajczi received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1986 and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in 1990.
